Meet Anne Paul, the Senior Property Manager at RP James Center, LLC. With 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Anne brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the team. She earned a bachelor's degree in public administration from Elon University in 1985 and immediately started working in commercial and multi-family real estate in Washington, DC.

In 1989, Anne moved to Richmond and began working with the developer of the James Center, Faison Associates, as the Assistant General Manager for the property just two years after its initial opening. When Faison started managing other commercial properties in 1993, she was promoted to Property Manager, where she managed an additional office tower in Richmond.

After taking time off to raise her two children, Anne returned to work at the James Center as Property Manager for a new owner in 2006. She was later promoted to Senior Property Manager under the current owner, Riverstone Properties. In her role, Anne oversees the operations of the James Center property in Richmond, Virginia, including daily operations, operating expenses, service contracts, tenant relations, capital improvement projects, and management of in-house and out-sourced property staff.

Anne is dedicated to her profession and has earned the (ACoM) designation from the Instituted for Real Estate Management (IREM). She is also a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). With her extensive experience and expertise, Anne plays a vital role in the success of the James Center.
